Each Tishi handbag is handcrafted on order, requiring 7-14 business days for production before dispatch.
•Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days within India (depending on your location).
•You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
•We currently offer free standard shipping across India for all prepaid orders.

•We offer Partial COD for your convenience and security.
•Customers are required to pay a ₹1000–₹2000 advance (depending on the bag) to confirm their order, with the remaining balance payable in cash at delivery.
•This advance helps us begin production and cover material and shipping costs for your custom-made handbag.
•Once placed, COD orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

•Each Tishi handbag is made-to-order, handcrafted especially for you — so returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
•However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos at [insert your email or WhatsApp contact], and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.
•We do not accept returns for minor variations in crystal color, placement, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of handmade products and add to their uniqueness.

•Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product is found damaged or defective upon delivery and cannot be replaced.
•Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or bank account used during purchase.
•Partial COD advances are non-refundable, except in rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
•Tishi reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on evidence and condition of the returned product.
