Refund policy

•Each Tishi handbag is made-to-order, handcrafted especially for you — so returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
•However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos at [insert your email or WhatsApp contact], and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.
•We do not accept returns for minor variations in crystal color, placement, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of handmade products and add to their uniqueness.

•Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product is found damaged or defective upon delivery and cannot be replaced.
•Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or bank account used during purchase.
•Partial COD advances are non-refundable, except in rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
•Tishi reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on evidence and condition of the returned product.
