Shipping Policy
Each Tishi handbag is handcrafted on order, requiring 7-14 business days for production before dispatch.
•Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days within India (depending on your location).
•You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
•We currently offer free standard shipping across India for all prepaid orders.
COD(Cash On Delivery)
At Tishi, every bag is made to order exclusively for our customers. Due to the time, effort, and craftsmanship involved in creating each piece, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Return and Exchange Policy
•Each Tishi handbag is made-to-order, handcrafted especially for you — so returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
•However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos at tishibags@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 8837882578, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.
•We do not accept returns for minor variations in crystal color, placement, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of handmade products and add to their uniqueness.
Refund Policy
•Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product is found damaged or defective upon delivery and cannot be replaced.
•Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or bank account used during purchase.
•Tishi reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on evidence and condition of the returned product.
